Well, we've officially gotten our first stomach bug. Poor William, he started throwing up about 6:30 last night. He has also ran fever with this virus. He threw up for several hours about every 15 minutes or so. I have never seen him so pitiful, and hope to not see him that way again for a long, long time.
He finally went to sleep about 9:00 last night after dry heaving for a while because there was just nothing left in his little stomach. He woke up about 2:15 am crying for his cup. We got up and tried a little bit of Sprite. It stayed down, so I gave him a little bit more. A few minutes later, it all came back up. We ended up sleeping on the couch for the rest of the night.
He's not thrown up anymore, but we're now onto the diarreah end of the virus. I would rather that than the other, though. He is still laying around more than usual, but is feeling better for sure. Hopefully this will be a quick virus and we will be back to school and Nanny's tomorrow. This is not fun for sure!!
