After a crazy week, there's nothing like pulling out of the driveway and leaving the world behind. That's exactly what we did this weekend. We hitched up the camper and pulled out of the driveway almost immediately after we got home from school on Friday.
We headed out East to Fountainebleau State Park. This was a new park for us. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was a quiet park with great places to ride our bikes. We had to leave the serenity of our little oasis for a few hours on Saturday to go to a birthday party and visit with Eddie's birth dad, but after that it was back to our little piece of heaven.
I do believe some of my favorite moments are spent in that camper. Just the 3 of us enjoying each other and spending uninterrupted time together as a family. Some days we do almost nothing, but it sure is nice to do nothing together!! Can't wait until we can go again!!
