This weekend we took the pop up out for the first time since the summer. It was very nice to get out of the house for a little while. It was way past due for some R&R time.
We started it off Thursday by William getting the stomach bug but was better by that night. He went on back to Nanny's house on Friday and Friday afternoon we headed out to Tickfaw State Park with the camper. We got there and got settled in for the first freeze of the season that was forcast for that night. I knew that my stomach was not just right, but I was hoping it was nothing and would be fine. WRONG! I ended up with the stomach bug all night Friday night, but was through with it on Saturday (the throwing up anyway). I recovered Saturday and enjoyed the R&R both Saturday and Sunday.
We made it home yesterday (Sunday) afternoon and was getting ready to get started on a busy week. Unfortunately, Eddie woke up this morning feeling sour and it has progressed into diarrhea but thankfully no throwing up so far. Lysol is our friend right now and we are all trying to get rid of this thing before Thanksgiving comes and we go to Texarkana, AR to see Eddie's Aunt Katie and some very dear friends of ours, Carolyn and Earl.
I will leave you with a few pics I took of William on Sunday at our camp site. I didn't have the energy to do much, so we just stayed at the campsite but it was still very nice to not be home!
