What A Day!

Today was quite a day for us.

Let me start off by saying "GO TIGERS!!!" I can't believe we lost, but what can you expect from the track record of our season so far, anyway...

Today stared off by us dropping off William at Mamma and Daddy's house bright and early and being in Baton Rouge for 9:30. We had to be at the contractor's office to finish signing papers on the house. Yes, we officially have begun the final process and should have materials on the ground by the end of the week!!! It's quite exciting and overwhelming at the same time. It took a little over an hour to sign the papers, but it's finished now and we are ready to be through and in the house. We need MORE ROOM!!!!

After running a few quick errands in Baton Rouge, we hurried home to get William and get ready for Sara Beth and Andrew's wedding. She is my sister's sister-in-law and a friend of ours. It was a beautiful wedding and William got to play with one of his best friends so it was fun for him too. Him and "Makkew" had lots of fun and should sleep well tonight.

During the wedding reception, in true South Louisiana form, the game was on and yes, we lost. We lost in over time and it was sad, but again GO TIGERS!!

So that was our busy Saturday. Tomorrow morning, dirt starts coming in around 7:15 am and we should be off and running. William is sure to enjoy the big trucks bringing the loads of dirt in and Daddy on the bull dozer working it. We have also invited some friends over to share in the excitement. Matthew and William should really enjoy the big trucks and have even more fun enjoying them together.
