This weekend was a wonderful one for us. We spent it entirely together. We started out by volunteering at the Livington March For Babies. We had a beautiful morning and helped out a great cause.
Next we headed out toward Tickfaw State Park to go canoeing. William has been begging to rent a canoe the last few times we've been camping and it just hasn't worked out. We decided to make a special trip and rent a canoe. We really enjoyed our trip and William had a great time. After all he could handle of being still in a boat, we took him to the spray park to play.
We ended our day with a visit to my best friend's house. We hadn't seen them in a while and the kids and adults all enjoyed the visit.
Today, we headed out early and spent the day in the woods. We took the Jeep out with the 4WD club to do trail pre-runs in preparation for the annual Jeep Jamboree that will happen next weekend.
It is rare that we are able to spend so much time together at one time. It was truly a treasured treat!!
