OK, so Tuesday I started a new diet. It's the protein diet with no carbs. I just want to jump start myself and see some results so that I can continue without a special diet.
I weighed myself at Mamma and Daddy's last weekend. (By the way, that's a number I could have gone my whole life without seeing.) I started the diet on Tuesday and weighed myself Thursday. I have lost about 5 pounds already. I know it's probably only fluid pounds, but a girl's gotta start somewhere! I'm so excited and it gives me more power to stick with it when I see results.
The no carbs is killing me, but after the 2 weeks I plan on introducing other foods in slowly and in moderation. I don't want to have this lifestyle forever, I just wanted to get myself going.
Here's to losing all of the baby weight and a little more!!!!
