Long Week

Sorry it's been a while since I posted. This last week has been quite long. It started out with Eddie and I both going to the dentist on Monday. I had a temporary bridge done to replace my last baby tooth. It finally gave up about a month ago and there is no permanent tooth under it, so bridge it is. Eddie broke a wisdom tooth and he was having it checked out. Verdict, it's outta there!! We both go back at the end of next month to have the finishing touches. I'll be getting a tooth and Eddie will be losing one.
William also had a stomach bug this week. He threw up all over my couch after we got home from school/baby sitter's Wednesday. He's had diarrhea ever since. Last night he threw up a little more and has had more diarrhea. I thought we were getting over this, but it's rearing it's ugly head again. At 2am this morning, he threw up in my bed. Eddie was working nights, so it was just us. I cleaned it up, thank goodness it wasn't too much. We made our way into the living room/kitchen and he threw up again on the kitchen floor. We then striped us both because he got us both when he yakked. I stripped my bed and put everything in the washer. He then started with the diarrhea. Thank goodness this time around it isn't burning him as bad. Last time around, I just put him in the tub for as long as he would stay every afternoon. It took 2 people to change his diaper Wednesday night. He seems to be doing better with that and hopefully it will stay that way.
I never thought I could clean up things like this without adding to it myself. That's always been my weakness. I guess I'm a full fledged Mommy now!!!
