Black Eye #2

Yes, William's added another black eye to his list of craziness. Last week at the babysitter's, he got his second black eye.
The kids were playing outside and Nanny noticed something on his face. She called him over to her and realized that it was a boo boo. The older kids (2 and 3 year olds) "didn't know" what happened. William never cried!!! Nanny put some ice on it, as long as William would let her.
When I got there she told me what happened and I told her that it didn't surprise me. He doesn't cry very often, especially at her house.
The next day when I got there to get him, she said she figured out what happened. She talked to one of the girls and got it out of her what happened. She was swinging and William walked in front of the swing and she couldn't stop. She said, "He wouldn't move!" Nanny explained that he was just a little fella and you have to watch out for him next time.
Eddie and I both agree that it will probably take a few more whacks from the swings to get him to understand that you don't walk in front of them.
The black eye doesn't seem to bother him at all and it definately gives him some "character".
